Returns

Our goal is that you are thrilled with your order! Our products are very large and ship in very large boxes or crates.

To help you understand exactly what you are purchasing we have invested in writing very detailed product descriptions, and product specifications that include the height, base diameter and weight of most of our items. We describe exactly what is in the box when shipped. There are hundreds of product photographs on GiantOutdoorChess.com so you know exactly what each item looks like before making your purchase.

If you choose to return all or part of your order, please contact us at 855-MEGA-055 to obtain an RMA. We use an RMA so that there is no misunderstanding when you make your return.

You may return new, unused items sold on GiantOutdoorChess.com within 7 days of delivery for a credit or exchange of the cost of the merchandise. There are three costs you incur when you return an item.

- You are responsible for the cost of shipping to return the product to our warehouse.
- You are responsible for the cost we incurred when we shipped the product to you. When you purchase an item that includes free shipping, you are responsible for the actual cost we paid to ship the product to you.
- You may incur up to a 20% restocking fee based on the condition of the packaging when the item is returned. Until we receive the item, we can not tell you if your order will incur a restocking fee. Most returns are not charged a restocking fee.

Your original shipping costs and any restocking fee will be deducted from your refund once the order has been received with a valid RMA, inspected and determined to be in new, unused condition.

Items should be returned in their original packaging and well-packed during the shipment process. If you have to return an item, please take special care to ensure it is well-packed and protected. You as the shipper are responsible for ensuring that the product is returned to us in new, unused condition. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

When you contact us for an RMA number, we will provide you with the exact shipping address for your return.

We will process a refund for your items the same day we receive your items!

Some items are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund. Orders for customized items cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded. Customized orders include any item that is modified, painted, or personalized. Gift cards are also non-refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at info@GiantOutdoorChess.com for an RMA.

Shipping

Delivery dates are estimates. We ship smaller items via FedEx Ground and larger items by Freight. FedEx Ground and Freight shipments do not have guaranteed shipping dates. Shipping dates are estimates of when your product will arrive.

For orders where customers request faster shipping, we offer FedEx Express. FedEx Next Day is a date-guaranteed delivery date. FedEx's Two-Day and Three-Day services are not date-guaranteed delivery date services. If a next-day shipment is delivered late, our responsibility is limited to refunding the cost of shipping. We have no responsibility to refund shipping costs for Two-Day or Three-Day shipping.

Transit times can vary significantly based on the season or availability of equipment. If you require your order to be delivered by a specific date, please contact us prior to placing the order so we can provide shipping costs for faster delivery options. Additional costs will apply.

We can only control shipping the product on the required shipment date to guarantee a delivery date. The carrier is responsible for the actual shipment. Failure to meet a guaranteed shipping date will be limited to a refund of the additional shipping costs associated with your order. Our normal return and refund policy applies if a missed delivery date means you choose to return your order.
